After our obligations to our jobs in the morning (coincidentally, we both had it on the same Saturday), we had our lunch at Tampines One's Kim Gary and soon proceeded to Ikea for our furniture shopping. Little did we know that we will be there for the next 6 hours. Time must have flown at light speeds when we were having fun. But before that, let's enjoy the pictures of energy-supplying meal that we had for we only had our next food intake at 10+ pm. Indeed, our jobs had trained us well.

Prior to entering the premises of Ikea at 4+ pm, we relooked at the catalogue and confirmed our shopping list. We were simply looking at those furnitures that we wanted but there were a few items that we had a hard time deciding whether to buy or not as we could not really visualise how it will turn out. Well, us not taking any shortcuts along the route of Ikea shopping also added to the time.
It was almost 9 pm that we proceeded to collect the furnitures from the lower levels. When we finished collecting all the items, we actually had 4 trolleys, with things overflowing out of them. I guess we were really maximising our delivey charge of $55+$15 (weekend charge). If only we had taken a photo of our "entourage" to clearly explain the sheer volume of our purchases, but I guess we were both very tired by then. We had Ikea's hotdogs and I did not know how thristy I was until I finished drinking at least 5 cups of the soft drinks. My dear was not far behind with at least 3 cups. My dear was probably less dehydrated than me and she wanted to avoid going to the toilet as well.
