The icon of my dear's favourite plant... |
Mimosa is my dear's favourite plant, but it wasn't by design that we went by the path which enabled us to see a lot of Mimosa today. In fact, we saw a lot of them and their relatives as well. Well, it was only today that we learnt that they actually had relatives. After all, who knew that plants could have cross breeding as well. Guess we learn new things every day.
So let's present the protagonist:
The star of the day... |
The relative (with rounder leaves):
The difference may not be that obvious, but the leaves are really shorter and rounder |
Another relative (who reacts slower to touch, very much slower):
Notice the white parts near the stem, and the colour of the leaves is darker as well... |
Yet another relative (one who grew to become a tree - another new thing which we learnt today):
This was actually from a branch on a tree and the tree was was taller than me... |
The gone relative:
Dried up but still equally captivating... |
